I actually have two of the same stepping/revision of these quads. Both have been proven to reach 4 ghz without a problem. With the right combo you will be able to pull mid 12 second Super Pi and 20K in 3DMark 06.

Please give me an appraisal on what these OEM CPUs might bring individually.

Are these new or used?

If they're new, probably in the $325-$350-ish range if you guarantee those speeds. If they've got some low hours from actually being used, probably retail-ish.

A lot of people would be willing to pay more than retail for a chip that is garunteed to be a good ocer... Rather than hit and miss with a new retail chip...

I would say around $300 ish
