Hey all,
I need an appraisals on a few items that I'm planning on selling here on OCN.

1st: lapped E6420 - I've done 3.4 Ghz on this baby without going over 1.4Vcore. It stays cool under water never going over 45C. It's lapped for flatness, not mirror polish. I'm not sure of the VID but I bought this when it first became available on Newegg. Temps never went over about 50-51C under water cooling as I have posted on this forum asking about temps a few months ago.

2nd: lapped Q6600 G0 - I bought this from ClubIT before they went under back in 2007. I've done 3.6 stable with 1.425 Vcore. The VID is 1.300.

I love both processors, especially the Q6600. I never performed any "suicide runs" or anything crazy with them. I thought I'd try selling them here but I know many are very sensitive to pricing so I want some constructive opinions what what these items should sell for - separately of course.

where are you located UK or US dependent on price structure you can get either processor for under £120 UK new thats roughly $240 USD used you can get at rough price of £80 UK or under for either the 6420 is on ebay currently in UK prices for Under £50 UK $100 USD Q6600 flutuates between £50 and £100 dependent on current new prices etc..

on those above i would suggest anywhere between the prices above and they will sell :-D

q6600 180 shipped new you can get them for 219
e6420 80-100 shipped.

Thank you Bal3wolf. I think your estimates are closer to the mark since yes, the Q6600 has come down in price. Do the newer G0 Q6600's OC as well as mine? I've heard they have a hard time reaching that 3.6Ghz sweet spot.

Not sure guess it would all depend on luck i know my friend bought one early this year and his does 3150 on stock vcore his vid on it is 1.215 tho so if i buy a q6600 way it looks might not be able to now gota pay some bills but i wanna trade him for sure lol i probly could hit 4ghz on his chip.

based on the OEM price at Microcenter of 179.99 for the Q6600.. id say 145$ shipped max for yours. 155-160$ if it wasn't lapped. at least thats what id pay if i had the cash...

I'd say $160 for the Q6600 shipped and $100 for the E6420 shipped
