This is reasonably high binned D9GMH, originally purchased from TankGuys. It came with Team Xtreem silver heatspreaders attached.
__________________Officially rated at 500MHz/DDR-1000, 5-5-5-15, 2.1-2.3v. These are capable of the following settings in my DFI Blood Iron, each 12+ hours memtest test 5 stable: -DDR-1000+, 5-5-5-15-T2, with 1.8v (load volts), no cooling needed. -DDR-1141+, 5-5-4-12-T2, 2.1v, no cooling needed. (this is where i normally run them) -DDR-800+, 3-3-3-8-T2, 2.2-2.225v, active cooling (80mm fan over memory). -DDR-1000+, 4-4-4-12-T2, 2.2-2.225v, active cooling. -DDR-1200+, 5-5-4-14-T2, 2.3-2.325v, active cooling. -DDR-1250+, 5-5-5-15-T2, 2.35-2.4v, active cooling. I have gone higher for short periods of time, but the more than 2.4v makes me uncomfortable. Exact voltage needed depends on board, slots used, and subtimings. I do not own a motherboard that is capable of using T1 command rate properly (i.e. an NVIDIA chipset), so I have no way of testing such a setting. I'm not planning on selling these immediately (need to decide on a 4GiB set and a new processor), but how much could I get for them when I do (should be fairly soon)? Thanks
