If anything...that motherboard is based off a REALLY old socket. Looks to be around Pentium 1 era give or take. Based off the amount of pins on the socket, looks like it would have been an AT style PSU, I see 1 SD RAM slot, and 2 SIMM RAM slots, and what appears to be 6 PCI or ISA slots. Looks quite old.

However, since there's no actual electronics on that thing and its an actual clipboard...that really is quite neat! I'd say probably $10-20 or so as an appraisal .

Looks like a workstation/server board. Early socket 7.

Those 6 slots are actually for 72 pin sims. The two slots closest to the CPU are for cache (COAST slots). No SDRAM slots.

I only see one peripheral expansion slot; probably ISA.

Actually I think I was wrong, and you are about 3/4 right .

After further analysis...it APPEARS to me that its got:

6 SIMM slots (old school single sided RAM)
2 Cache Slots (like said above)
1 Expansion card slot (I don't remember interface name, but it was a huge card that had ISA and PCI on it going vertical).

And it doesn't necessarily have to be a server or a workstation board. I've seen PLENTY of standard desktop boards look like that and have the "features" we've both listed above. And I believe it had a Pentium 1 66MHz CPU in it (the one I've seen that was similar). Heck it might have even been the 386SX machine I took apart a year or so ago. That might be what I am thinking of.

Either way...REALLY old .

You're right, it could very well be a riser card.
