I'd say $10-$12

Yes, very reasonable. I would grab some off ya, but my 19db/44cfm CMs are doing just fine.

The 86 Pana you can get new for $10 bux, so I would go a little lower then that + shp..86cfm Pana...The 115 Pana I wouldn't go under $11-14 bux + shp...They are both top quality, I use the 115's as rad fans, the 86 make decent rad fans if noise is a problem...
