Default Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0

I upgraded to Adobe CS3 which has Adobe Premiere Pro so I no longer need this.
They currently have 4.0 out but the only think that they changed is that it officially supports vista and HD video. Version 2.0 works with vista though.

How much will it go for, if I can find a buyer. I have the manual and original box.
