Thumbs up eVGA 8800GT SLI

A good friend of mine wants to sell his eVGA 8800GT 512MB video cards they are in SLI. They are in perfect condition and he replaced the stock paste with AS5 about 4 months ago. I will put a link to his video of them below if you want to see them and if you want more info PM me about them.

He wants to sell both together along with the SLI bridge and other stuff they came with as well.

What do you guys think they are worth selling them here?

They would be great for folding

Wouldn't that be a downgrade? Anyway, single 8800GTs are going for around $75-$85 on here, so I'd say $170 sounds about right.

Ok, yeah I love these 2 cards, and they have been great for me, and for what I need to do with them. I can max any game out there on these 2 in SLI except GTA IV. Crysis, and Crysis Warhead I can max with no filters at a max resolution of 1400x1050 which is as high a resolution as my monitor will go. But these don't quite fulfill my folding needs. They are great folders by themselves, but using a Vista OS and trying to configure 2 cards to fold is a real hassle for me. So even though a GTX 260 core 216 wont give me HUGE results in gaming, I'm more wanting to get back into folding, where it will really help out.

It will also put me on the right track to upgrade my system int he future, so if I really needed more uumph I could just purchase a second gtx 260 core 216 down the road. So I'm really hoping to get $160 for these without shipping to pay for a new GTX 260 core 216. Let me know what you guys think, and I'll try my best to answer any questions you might have on them.

I haven't done very much overclocking at all with them, and have kept them running at cooler temps than what is the acceptable norm for these single slot solution cards. I don't like to let them get past 72 Celsius, and have modded my case to keep them cool, and operating at very reasonable temperatures. Also I do not have the boxes for them, sorry. It's pretty much just the cards, and the SLI bridge, I do have a few DMI to VGA dongles, if needed though.

You have the EVGA 680i SE? I had that once...
I feel so sorry for you.....

I'd say $155 on the forums together with sli bridge. $80 apart shipped.

The cards are going for $75-80 shipped each on ebay from multiple buyers. I would say $150 shipped for a pair. They are getting really cheap on Newegg for cards that are new and include warranty.
