Entire Computer, No peripherals included
So I am wondering how much my computer is worth. Just the computer, so the mob, cpu, case, ram, gpu, hdd's, cd rom, sound card, etc. This does not include the monitor, speakers, keyboard, and mouse.

500 to 600...... if it was like a quadcore, maybe a better motherboard then maybe 700

You wouldn't be able to get what it's worth, having that CPU.
I think you should definitely think about parting it out.
