Default X1900XT, air or water?

I've got about $50-75 to spend on a cooler for my new X1900XT. Should I pick up a Zalman vf900 with a pci-fan or buy a tidewater?

Hey Moots...

I work with Tide Waters and for the money they are fantastic! easiest things in the world to install and they give considerably better temps than air.

Just look on youtube for a video demonstration of the tide water, you'll love it

I am getting one myself

Then, seeing as i recconmended it yo you, you can sell me the X backplate from your VGA as it is unecessary when using the tidewater

I would go with the VF-900. I'm not a fan of Thermaltake's water products. They are poorly made. I've been told that the Tidewater's pump is very loud.

Phase on a video card is a lot harder to set up and isn't recommended for 24/7 use. He would have to know how to tune it himself.

My computer is on 12 hours a day max usually. And the budget is $50-75 , so no phase coolers anyone.

I find it funny how newegg has the retail tidewater for less cash than the OEM, open box one.
