I resently ordered a open box x1600 pro from newegg and today I was going to apply
__________________some as5 and geez someone before me had put some on it. And there was a big glob of it. So I put just a little on the core and my temp's dropped. My question is what are safe temps for this card?

Keep it under 75 load, should be ok. I doubt you will see that high of a temp, unless your case has low/no airflow.

Well I have everything out of the case its idling at 63 and loading at 80 in ati tool at load.
