You need a hygrometer to measure what the level of humidity is inside your case. They can get expensive, but not as expensive as a fried rig. An HVAC wholesale parts store would have one, and would probably sell you that particular item. You don`t want the humidity to go above 50%, as this is when electronic stuff becomes unhappy. Just be really aware of the weather, particularly when it rains. At that time I would quit pulling outside air until the humidity outside lowers.
