Hi, I recently bought a Zalman VF700Cu for a X800GTO2. That heatsinker has 2 modes: a 12V mode which provides very efficient cooling but generates a bit of noise and a 6V mode which is silent. Point is I can't just use the silent mode because, when overclocked to 600/600 the GPU gets too hot... ...and the 12V mode can be rather noisy at night.
So I wanted to know if there is a program that can adjust the voltage of the fan (and therefore, I guess it's Rpm) based on the GPU temp. Thanks

Unless the heatsink is connected to the cards fan connector itself software can't be used to change the speed.

make custom software that will do it....thats all i can say....like if temps get to hot have it underclock its self back to defaults untill temps hit a certain range ...it would be crazy to do. someone should make an app like that.
