Default Help - Quick question Accelerox2 thermal pad installation

The instructions dont say, does the stickier side of the thermal pad get attached to the heatsink or the memory thing?

I peeled off the cardboard on one side, and then theres a layer in the middle, and another thing on the other side. Do I peel off both sides?
