Default Void my warranty with After Market Cooler
Ok, I've been having problems w/ my card lately, and i was thinking about sending it back, but i have a couple problems:

1) It's OEM and i bought it 4 months ago
2) I put after market cooling on it

Will either of those effect how Sapphire works w/ it?
Also, I can still send it back to Newegg, could i do that?

Definitely send it back to Newegg if you still have the option...Otherwise you'll have to try for an RMA. Newegg is much easier to work with.

I doubt they check under the skirt of your HS- If you state it is dead, then I believe they assume it's dead. I am not certain what their RMA procedure is, though.
