if you want to go with water cooling get a Thermaltake tidewater and swiftech waterblock. that will keep your GPU running cool for a low price.
if not look into the ATI silencer heatsinks, they have good reviews.

Why not get a Zalman VF700 and if you can afford it a VF900. The Vf700 is enough and the VF900 is even a little better cause of the new design and heatpipe.
__________________They both cool like maniacs. Maybe others say a Ati Silencer but I had some bad experiences with those. The Zalmans are both EDIT: The Zalmans both include ramsinks to cool your mem.

i have that exact card and the with stock cooling your probably hitting around 70 c. i bought a zalman vf700 cu2. over locked to 520:1280 and i never get over 60 c which is good. that card just runs hot, but this cooler helps a lot and only cost like 30 bucks on newegg

__________________oh yeah one question about the ZALMAN VF700 is it quieter than the stock cooling on the x850xt? The stock is extremely loud and annoying

the zalman vf900 is very quiet(cant hear it at all at 100% over my other fans), so i imagine the vf700 would be too
