Default HSF for a 9800XT

OK long story.. My friend's dell was artifacting a lot so he went out and bought a new GPU and gave me his 9800XT AGP. He thought the card was broken but I knew artifacting means cooling is no good and saw that the fan didn't work. So I took the HSF off and need a new one. Any recommendations? Under 15$ would be nice...

It doesn't say it supports 9800XT.

I would go with the Zalman VF700. I personally have the VF900 on it, works like a charm.

VF700 $27

Nope, no good if you ask me.

Get a Zalman VF700 ALCU, its cheaper then the CU and differs only 2C in temps.
