^^^ Other people are having the same sort of problems...I still say ring them up and try and get a replacment heatsink/fan out of them. Send an email (Not from your main account in case you email them again in the future with a different story) saying the kind of thing given as an example in the link above:

Well i have talked to sapphire and they said that they don’t send replacement parts, and that I should go with a zalman to remedy the problem, so I guess that I am looking for a new fan or heat sink so if any buddy has one from a sapphire 9800 I would be appreciative.
