ok i can leave my computer (specs below) idoling but when i put a load on it 4 about a halh hour or less it freezes up... is this due to overheating, and if it is what is the solution should i get more fans..... or get a PCI cooling fans

Your gonna need some better airflow in that PC to compensate for the fanless Video Card. You can purchase a $16USD PCI Slot fan off of http://tigerdirect.ca/
I don't live in Canada, but that is about $20CAD.
