If it works, it'll be awesome. But, I have my doubts. Sounds like a gimmick.

The only metal I know of that is liquid at room temp is Mercurey, and I don't think it conducts too well...

My thoughs exactly when I saw it at XS a while ago. I know mercury has the capacity to do it, but what happens when the reviewers rip them apart, how will they get mercury to refill it? What happens if there is a leak and it gets on electronics?? Isn't mercury a good electricity conductor?

I don't think it's mercury, I bet the name is just because this stuff conducts heat so well.

One property of Mercury is it pulls itself together, like.. you have 2 drops of mercury next to each other, they pull one another towards themselves, and thus combine... So it could get stuck infinatly as a drop hanging.
