Im using one on my 6600GT and Love it.
it lowered my temps considerably. one time I saw my gpu go into the mid 90's. since I put the zalman on I never go above mid 50's

AWSOME COOLER!
I have an X800Pro Vivo that i flashed into an XT Platinum Edition and ever since, the stock cooler wasnt good enough, i used to get 38C Idle and 74C Load at stock XTPE speeds (520/560) now that i have the zalman on there i get 28C Idle and 48C Load its insane, now im overclocked to 540/610

Heres a pic for you, definately not 56k friendly

All i have to say is yuk, why didn't you get the Artic Silencer? I heard its avaiable for your graphics card. Why would you want to circulate the hot air instad of shoot it out the back of your case. Seriously it dropped my temps for my x800xt pe 20C from stock cooling. And now I am at 39C idle and 55C max. Thats with a 567 core and a 570 memory.
