Since no one answered, I'd advice you an Accelero S2 or S1, cheaper and better if you add a 120mm fan on any of them. The ones you proposed aren't that good, perhaps that's why there aren't may that use them.

Arctic Cooling Accelero X2 is great for it's price. Stick that thing on and run the fan at 100%. I have to put my ear right beside it to hear anything its so quiet. My X1900XT is now at 654/792Mhz with following temps (all volts stock):

Idle/Load

Core: 40c/73c
VRM: 48c/75c
PCB: 37c/59c

vs stock cooler at dynamic speed

Core: 50c/88c
VRM: 47c/78c
PCB: 44c/68c

vs stock cooler at 100% (louder than a 747)

Core: 42c/76c
VRM: 47c/75c
PCB: 39c/65c
