Default 850xt & pe liquid metal cooling!

its not out yet only a prototype but man its some sick cooling

Saphire has already said they plan to develop CPU coolers on the same technology, so I'd imagine you could just buy the cooler seperately.

yeah this stuff rocks! wonder if they wil develop a liquid metal cpu cooler? maybe cheaper, slient aswell.... then no one will need phase change

Phase change will still be better. This still has the same flaw that water cooling and air cooling (which this is) both have, That you can't get you chip any colder than it's surrounding evvironment - although you'll be able to get closer.. Where as you can with phazechange.

Still have to shift that heat out the back of the phase change heat exchanger(like a fridge)--no magic in phase change--just refrigerant and the usual mechanical apparatus--liquid metal sounds pretty SF with that ElectroMag pump--Too bad there is no Solid State Refridgerating tech

buy a can of Boot's Magicool (UK only) and implement that somehow.


Magicool = aerosol that even left out in the sun will still spray colder than surrounding environment.

and, hence the name, there must be some magic involved lol
