Default X700 Fan Noisy, Accelero S2 Any Good?

The whole PC is really quite with 120MM fans, but the damn small little X700 fan is producing too much noise. I think the bearings or whatever internals are going south. What is good inexpensive cooler to replace stock one with? Is Accelero S2 fanless any good? This computer is not gaming rig and never sees single game. Just internet and Photoshop work.

I had one for my 7600gs. took temps from th 40s all the way to about 25-27. and best of all, it was silent. I liked it so much, I got one for my x1900xt. (the S1 rev 2) i added a 120mm fan, and it is extremely silent, and cooler temps. very good option especially for the price.

Thanks for quick review, fellow CM690 owner

Just so we're on the same page, we're talking about S2 which is fan-less, right? It's $16 on Newegg, so I'm thinking about picking it up for sure.

Do it! I had the S2 on my 7600 GS, and loved it (i am a quiet freak, due to my hardwood floors, volume is amplified) I loved it so much, I got the S1 rev2 for my x1900XT and it works beautifully!!
