Is mine defective or are all HD 3850s like this?
I'm playing around with OCing my 3850, and the stock fan is unbelieveably loud! I have it set to 60% right now and it just manages to drown out the rest of my system, which is loud to begin with. At 100% its literally about on par with a vacuum cleaner.
I have my 3850 OC'd to 695/882 right now and its idling at 58'C. I looked at the 38x0 thread and for some people thats their load temps with a higher OC, so is there some kind of trick or did I just get a semi defective model?
