Trolling commentary aside what size are the tiny screws inside a computer ? I need to know because just searching " rubber washers" won't turn helpful results.

The tiny screws holding down a heatsink are likely 6/32 size or 8/32. (inner diameter of the washer should be <1/8 an inch.)
