Im looking at these three dudes, and can't really decided which. Since im still about 120 bucks off from water cooling, and my girl just got cancer, im thinking i going to put a quick-air fix. what do you guys think

3850 doesn't produce that much heat really... I would go for an AC Accelero s1 and just strap 2x120s to it... if you're really set on getting one of those you have listed, I guess I would go with the duorb - but that's a bit overkill/overpriced for your card

Either the zalman or thermaltake look good based on reviews. I haven't had any experience with any coolers other than stock though.

Blue: if you have all the (should be) badass Koolance coverage, why are you shopping for air? That Koolance setup is my dream setup.

I've got a DuOrb on one of my 3870's. It way out performs the stock cooling. I find it difficult to go over 59C on constant 100% loads at 778MHz, and 65C at 860MHz, full load. You'll just need good case cooling. My vent is next to the video cards and all the other holes are pulling air out. This works decent to get their hot air moved.

Rob
PS those temps are at 26C ambient room.
