Default Zalman VF1000+RHS88 vs Arctic Cooling Accelero (for HD4850)

So after having and loving my vf900, and having this new HD4850 baking my system, i'm thinking the vf1000 would be a good choice, but I noticed there is now a solid ram heatsink available, instead of just the single sticky tape kind that came with my vf900. It seems to have the sticky tape, but also has screw holes to work with the vf1000. Only question is, is it worth the price over the Accelero?

Accelero - $35.98 shipped from newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835186016

Zalman VF1000 - $55.98 shipped: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118037
or with the heatsink thing is $85.60 shipped. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118038)

This is what you want:
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...products_id=37
cheaper:
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ducts_id=23509

It fits 3870 and 3850 so I assume it would work.
I'm debating this myself if I go 4850 or 4870.

Is the TR V2 any good?
I'm gonna need a low profile cooler for mine.
