Ok, I went ahead and took some pictures of my pc so that I could show you kids what my problem is. I don't know how to deblurify my pictures, so unfortunately you'll just have to bear with me. My question here is, does anybody see a problem with my cooling setup? Because you would think that with all those sinks attached with arctic alumina adhesive, I wouldn't have a huge problem.
Does anyone know how to deblur these close-up pics? I get really frustrated with how they turn out every time I try to take a relatively close up picture of anything. On load in GPU-Z my Core is 67C, the #2 temp, which I believe is the vrm's is over 90c, and the vram is somewhere in the high 70s. I can't see any reason besides the fact that the sinks are aluminum, that my temps could go so high on the vrm's. This card is voltmodded by the way, which is why the core temp is so high, but the vram and vrm's shouldn't be as high as they are. On load, my voltage is 1.32v. Yep, the problem with the high vram temps is the big fan, it's blowing down, while the duorb sucks air up, so there's a weird displacement issue there. Hopefully that will fix some of my vrm temp issues too. Give me a minute to fix this. http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=67186 Found out that those 2 temps are neither the vrm's or the memory. Good thing too. I don't want my memory burning up all of a sudden. Unfortunately they are all part of the gpu though, on die sensors. That means that the duorb isn't doing as good a job as I would hope. Edit: Got my temps out of the 100s by reseating the duorb.

RV770Pro is good up to 105C, what kind of temps could you possibly be getting that you would be upset?

After you have it in macro mode, zoom just a little bit, that usually helps too. And have enough light so the camera can focus. Tripods help but just resting your hand on something does too.

I think you need to get some copper VRAM sinks. What paste are you using on them?

Arctic alumina adhesive. It's pretty good.
