Default Quiet HD4870X2 cooling

I couldnt find a thread like this so..

Here is my problem:

I download alot and leave my computer on overnight. Also my head when I sleep is about 2 metres away from my computer. I have recently bought a HD4870X2 and iam rather annoyed at how loud it is

What iam after is another cooler for the HD4870X2 that is extremely quiet. I dont care about tempreature since the HD4870X2 is such bad overclockers if the tempreature stays around 80 thats fine.

I would rather stay away from water cooling please unless I had no other choice. My computer case is the Antec P182

Do you know any ultra quiet GPU coolers for the HD4870X2, preferably air?

I don't think there are any air coolers for the HD4870x2, only water, then there's the Danger Den block, but I don't know much about water cooling.

Your only option is to use watercooling.

I dont know much about water cooling either, which is why I wanted to stay away from the technology incase i stuff something up and leaks occur.

Well I guess I will have to give it a shot

What is a good water cooling set up that is extremely quiet and could also have the capacity to water cool my CPU as well.

I saw online where I guy took the plastic shroud off his 4870x2 and ziptied a fan on top of each of the two heat sinks for the GPU's.

I guess if you can afford the 4870x2, you can afford watercooling easily
