Default Removing stock fan and installing new -help

hi, i have an x800 pro and im getting a fan for it, i wonder if u guys know how to remove it and install a new one and im getting a fan from this store http://www.sunnycomputers.com/ click on cpu and heatsink then scroll down to chipset cooling, which one would u guys recommend
