So my HR-03 arrives tomorrow, and it comes with a PWN-IC heatsink like this: http://www.thermalright.com/new_a_pa...n/image020.jpg
Do I have to use a thermalpaste with that or do I just stick it right on? ![]() +rep for help Thanks

I believe it comes with a thermal pad/thermal tape on the heatsink.

it should have some sort of thermal solution with it, be it a pad or paste. I would use OCZ freeze myself as its non-conductive/capacitative of electricity but conducts heat better than AS5.

If it doesnt come with any thermal pads (which it prety much should) I would put thermal paste on it.

If you have to use thermal paste, make sure it's non-conductive.

Yea. IIRC, it's non-conductive. But I would still use the thermal pads from your stock heatsink if thermalright is stupid enough not to include any.
It may seem like I'm overreacting, but that is an absolutely stupid and foolish business decision if they don't include a thermal pad. That would add so very little to the cost. Not including a thermal pad, some noob would probably goop on AS5(conductive) and end up killing their card.
