Default Need urgent gpu help!

So I just finished installing my new HR-03 on my 2900 pro and I turned on the computer and everything was fine, but then when I get to the windows loading screen the screen goes black and the red light on my 2900 pro goes and stays on... what does that mean?

Try reseating the heatsink. And check if you have enough TIM, or if you have too much. And check if the card is properly fit in the slot, the weight from the heatsink might nudged it out.

You used AS5 right?

Did you make sure to not get any AS5 on the wrong places? You should only have AS5 on the die

Also make sure your cooler isn't shorting anything
Check the mounting brackets and the heatsink itself
