Everything involves some reading and looking at first, but its easy, just look at how it mounts and mount it, simple. Since it's a graphics card its easy to manuver and work with.

It will come down to the individuals expereince and confidence but it is a straight forward upgrade just take care and time to clean the chip, follow the instructions and don't rush it.

I just got the VF700-cu and its rather easy to install it IMO.

List of updates to do by summer: (1) New PSU: Seasonic S12 600W, (2) New OCZ Phase change or WC, (3) Sleeve cables: white, (4) 1 More 12" CCFL, (5) Some dremel action: circular side window

It's easy, but it isn't super easy. I was supprised at how easy it was to install though, I was expecting it to be much harder.
