Everything involves some reading and looking at first, but its easy, just look at how it mounts and mount it, simple. Since it's a graphics card its easy to manuver and work with.

ok i watched the instruction demo, and boy, its easy as hell. I mean i've mod a PS2 before and this is like eating cake to me . Now i got to wait for zipzoomfly to restock the x800xtpe and ill buy both the card and zalman

hahha lucky . ill go broke if i get the x800xt and zalman.....but it worth it considering i got 642 on 3dmark03, and 9,000 on aquamark3

It will come down to the individuals expereince and confidence but it is a straight forward upgrade just take care and time to clean the chip, follow the instructions and don't rush it.

If in doubt ask questions plenty of ppl here have them and can help guide.

It's easy, but it isn't super easy. I was supprised at how easy it was to install though, I was expecting it to be much harder.
