Wow i wish I had seen this a week ago when I tried to install it on my 8800gt.... The stupid ramsinks kept falling off and I got pissed-broke both .....

oh well.
does it work with the 9800gt?

Did you apply the sinks to the voltage regulators as well? If not, you'll need to do that for ATI cards

I got a Twin turbo and for thermal tape i use the stock cooler ones and work very well. 45C under load. Also i card is 55C under load with OCZ Freeze.

Uh...why is this a complicated process? You take off the old heatsink, clean everything with isopropyl alcohol, stick new stuff on. Done. I have a 4850 running passively maxing out at 65C. If something goes amiss, RTFM.

ok i used the thermal tape from my stock cooler now my temps are pretty nice I idle at 32c ... but a ramisink keep fall from one of the chips so one is i n with no ramsink on it
