For that ramsink that is sticking up, take a clamp and clamp it down to a table and then take a saw to it. I have cut ramsinks before and it works fine. Also I have used SMALL amounts of krazy glue (as you did) on an 8800GT before. Worked just fine for me (I also used AS5 in the middle with the krazy glue on two corners of the ram). Also, instead of buying the "turbo module" if you have an extra 120mm fan or 80mm fan, strap one or two of those onto it using zip ties. I had 2x 120mm fans on my old S1 (on my old 8800GT) and boy did those keep it cool! On a BIOS voltmodded 8800GT, i never saw over 43 celcius with that thing (even under full load). Plus the fans should move some air around the ram sinks as well helping you out there. Also for ATi cards the voltage regulator has to be covered with ramsinks. I put an S1 on a friends 1900XTX and we just bought some ramsinks and if they were too big, just cut em down a bit. Hope this helps! Good luck!
