I have the T-Rad2 and my temps soar over 90 on load. I thought I installed the ramsinks, but I must have missed them. I will have to take my card out tonight and check it out.

90 seems a bit much but then 76 seems hot too... will ramsinks void my warranty? if not i'm gonna buy them anyway

Your temp is normal. Nothing to worry about. I would keep an eye on the memory temps. Ramsink wont void your warranty.

Just keep the stock cooler so if you need to RMA your card you can switch it back.

I put some sinks on what I thought was the VRAM, but my temps still soar when I'm under load. Here is an example of where I put the sinks:

Everything I've found says that's where to put them. Maybe I need a better thermal paste?

I currently am running my vram bare...its got my FuzionGPU on it and the ram just sittin' pretty right next to it. Never goes above 47c load. Its overclocked too...

However, in the not so distant future, I will be picking up some iandh ramsinks.

the core is good up until around 90c, the ram temps should follow suit as long as it is an even OC
