Default Change fan speed ranges in bios?

Hey Sphere or anyone else who thinks they can do this. What I want is a bios with modifyed fan speed ranges for my X800XT flashed to PE. Like I think by defult its 100% at like 70c and I have an ati silencer so I would like to change 100% to like 50c or 45c. Is there a bios editor that can do this, or could I send my bios to you and have you do it?

Oh... you just made me realize that I should have made it more clear I was talking about my X800... I'll have to change that.

No need for new BIOS...that would require a lot of reconfiguring since the fan's speed comes from the cards information and not the motherboard. All you need to do is download HIS digitals ITurbo Software, or cut the fan wires and attach them to your 12V open supply...hooking the red from the fan to the yellow on the harness, and black on fan to the black(make sure the one right next to the yellow) on harness. DO NOT hook red on fan to red on harness as this is the 5v supply on the harness and you will not get proper power!!!! Since the fan has smartplug capability the yellow wire from the fan will not be used. Be sure to make it a clean install with crimps. Don't want to ground anything out.

Ati tool can controll the fan speed but we are trying to find out to edit the speed:temp values inside the bios perminatly.

I see, however i posted in reply to someone who wanted to change their fan speed to 100 percent all the time...I provided a quick, fail safe option. Not to mention many motherboards don't have support for that type of BIOS mod.
