The best way to get those ramsinks on are to put the main heatsink on, run the card really intensively for about 5 minutes, then quickly shut EVERYTHING off. Rip out the card, take off the heatsink, and stick em on fast. Then reapply the main heatsink, and then run the card mildly for about 10 minutes. Voila! They'll never come off.
