Default Best cooler for 9800 pro?

Hey my friend has a 9800 pro 128mb and I want to get him a cooler for it for his birthday. The main factor is money, followed by functionality, then looks. So far, I have two possible ones picked out:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118116
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811999472

Currently I am leaning towards the logisys one, because its cheaper, is all copper, and has led lighting. The zalman is more expensive and not as cool looking, but would it perform better? Also are there any other good ones out there in the $20-$30 range? Included ram cooling is a must.

Id spend the extra 5 and get the VF700-CU cause its all copper and will cool better than both of your choices. It comes with ramsinks to so thats a plus. Pretty much your best bet for aircooling.

A great choice. On my 9800 Pro, I got to 412Mhz/730Mhz (XT Speeds) on that thing. Its great. Check my showcase for pics.

BINGO. Arctic cooling vga silencer. Dirt cheap. Works like any other silencer...just as well as that zalman, I'd put money on it.

But I need ramsinks guys...

EDIT: ok well it looks like I'll go with the zalman one... but does he really need the all copper edition? Its going on a 9800 pro without any volt mods and probably only mild overclocking.
