Default HD4650 Cooling

Okay i am looking for something but also have a question. First of all I have my 4650 Overclocked Core 600-765 Mem 500-540. Its not so much the memory im worried about. His claims its DDR2 but it overclocks for crap. Anyways Stock full load is 38 F overclock full load is usually around 48 F give or take. I have already removed the stock cooler and applied Artic 5 to it. And that helped drop about 2-3 degrees off that. But i want more. I see outlines and holes in the card where it looks like two different coolers could go. Where can i find them? Also would better cooling help me get any higher of an overclock out of this card. I have to say I am pretty satisfied with it overclocked about 25-35 fps in Crysis with all medium settings except water thats all high. Thnx Ahead Of Time.
