it'll fit fine, but you'll lose 1 PCI lane :[ sad times. double spot coolers are a drag on space, but cool VERY effectively :]

The 4850's usually run pretty hot. Leaving stock fan speeds I used to hit high 70s to mid 80s on load. After setting them to about 70% speed I was hitting 35 idle about 45-50 load. I have a cool ambient in my basement and that helps.
50 degrees is fine to run at. I'd be more concerned if you were breaking 90s. edit: Also any reason why no ones recommending the DuOrbs? I've been more than content with the performance I get out of my pair. They're a good price for decent cooling.
