Can someone help me find one? my budget is up to 60 bucks thanks.

I second the HR-03. $60 is just right to pick one up and get a fan for it. I've heard good things about DuOrbs and Accelero's, as well, but the HR-03 is the best of the best.

I picked one up for my X1950XT and got added value when I found out the 4870's support it too. Maybe the next gen card will... I think ATI is aware of the benefit of keeping the holes in the same place on their PCB's for cooling buffs.
