Do i have to add AS5 on the ramsink of the x800xtpe? or just the core?

Just the core. You dont want it anywhere else because it's conductive and could short all those traces that connect the ram chips together.

you can also put it on the ramsink, but the most important thing is the core

It's highly recommended that you use something non-conductive for your ramsinks. That's why artic silver invented "Artic Alumina" for ramsinks, and things of that sort.
