or is there something better i have a MSI rx9800 pro

well the only thing ive seen that may be better is the thermalright V1 but i dont think it supports your card so that seems to be the best one out there for your card next to water cooling

o and another thing what should i get to make my case temp cooler. is there and exaust or intake that could give air to my gpu heat sink. somthing that would fit under it that would go into one of the slot bays

yup they make pci slot coolers the two fan ones work nicely to get rid of excess heat
