Default Any HD4850 coolers that don't require extra parts?

Which, if any, contain all the necessary hardware to mount? (VRM coolers, etc)

Do any of them contain everything? needed.

If not, which size is the VRM chip? Do I get little heatsinks and line them up to make a big one?

I don't want to order my parts until I figure this out.

I'm concerned the HR-03 is too large for my case. I'm looking to use two PCI slots.

Right now the front runner is the Akasa VORTEXX Neo, followed by the Coolink GFXchilla.

I read somewhere that the included sinks in the gfxchilla don't fit the chips correctly on the reference 4850 board I have, so you need either low profile chips or just leave them off. What are the correct size low profile chips? Just get a selection of them?

Also, the Akasa Vortexx does not cover the VRM chip. Should I just buy several small sinks? What is the proper size?

I'm mainly looking to improve the cooling (slightly) while making it much, much quieter. Gaming with other people in the room is extremely annoying because of the jet engine turbine whine. I can hear it over my headphones unless I crank the sound up.

I went with a Sapphire HD4870 Toxic edition in the end. So...my 4850 reference card is off living life with someone else now, and making their room loud....

All these come with fan, VRM, RAM sinks, and of course, the heatsink itself.

Duorb or Duorb from Newegg. Comes 12 RAMsinks and bunch of VRM sinks
Accelero Twin Turbo. comes with 8 RAMsinks and 4 VRM sinks. Should be enough to cover all your VRMs.
Scythe Musashi Comes with 12RAMsinks and bunch of VRMsinks like Duorb.
