Default 3870's how hot

workin on my pencil mod running 885/1300 @ 74c how much farther can i push the heat

you meant idle @74c?

if load @74c then push more

Heat doesnt so much matter.

Make sure you are stability testing using ATItool or Furmark. Look for artifacting, the gpu should be safe up to 100-110c
