ati 4870 x2 can hold that long?
well..
__________________i have this question .. im running my PC all day long from 2 afternoon to till now 7:25 in the evening.. (my time) i was wondering if the card can handle other 17 ~ 18 hours more..( i wont be the 1st one trying.. and i wont) with 100% fan spped and overclocked to : GPU clock 800 mhz memory clock 1000 mhz and please be a 99.9% sure about what u sayin cuz i dont want to lose my card that i bought

do a stress test like ati tool to see if it is stable

my HD4870X2 is running at 827/991Mhz 24/7 and folding...
so yours should be fine to  just make sure your temps are safe

Your card will be fine as long as temps are under 90c.

As long as the temps are fine and it doesn't artifact when tested, you're good.

if that`s your stressed temp i got screwed with mine  mine stresses around 70c (with 45% fan speed)
