Cooler for 465x? (4650)
Is there any good cooler for this card?

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but the stock cooler should be fine. These cards (4670/4650) run quite cool and some don't even have active cooling (no fan needed) - In addition, I'm not sure I'd recommend the 4650 or even 4670 with the prices of the 4830 and upcoming 47xx series.
