I got my twin turbo dead on arrival, the fan doesn't spin at all (tried all possible power connectors, the molex, vga 4pin)

Then I contacted arctic, it says that they will have a spare part shipped to me.

Fine then, but how could I take the twin turbo off from heatsink? ( preferably without taking the whole heatsink off from 4850) I've tried applying gentle forces but it doesn't work.
