Default 4850 @ 100% fan speed all the time!

I've tried CCC, I've tried Rivatuner, I don't know what to do...

I have an MSI 4850 with 9.3 drivers. Any clue?

The drivers could be to blame if the card is not responding.

With Windows 7 these drivers can be tricky because when you uninstall them, windows 7 will automatically reinstall the WDDM drivers when you reboot. The workaround I found was rather then uninstalling the old ones, go to device manager and disable them. reboot into safe mode use driversweeper to remove the old drivers then install the new ones after booting back into windows.
